Gabby the cheerful black-and-white dog woke up extra early—it was finally time to get ready for Thanksgiving!
She stretched, wagged her tail, and hurried to the kitchen where her friends were already busy.
Benny the Bunny was washing cranberries in a big bowl.
Lulu the Little Bird was fluffing napkins for the table.
And Max the Cat was trying very hard not to sneak a taste of the pumpkin pie cooling on the counter.
“Let’s make everything special for our friends and family!” Gabby barked happily.
They worked together all morning.
Gabby set out colorful leaves along the table.
Benny made a big sign that said “Happy Thanksgiving!”
Lulu sprinkled pretend sparkles everywhere (because real sparkles would be too messy!).
Max finally got to lick the pie spoon—just a little bit.
When everything was ready, the room looked warm and cheerful.
Gabby sat with her friends and smiled.
“We did it! Thanksgiving is about helping, sharing, and being together.”
And they all agreed—tail wags, purrs, chirps, and bunny hops.
