Mini Story: Gabby and the Too-Much Machine

Gabby loved learning new things! One day, she built a “Learning Machine” that could show her every fun fact in the world.

“Tell me about stars! And frogs! And cookies!” she barked.
The machine beeped and POOF!—hundreds of pictures and words flew out at once.

“Oh no!” Gabby yelped as facts about space, snacks, and animals whirled around her. “It’s too much at once!”

Then her friend Bella the bluebird fluttered by.
“Gabby, maybe your brain just needs a little break,” Bella chirped. “Let’s pick one thing to learn today.”

Gabby turned off the machine, wagged her tail, and picked one picture—of stars.
“Okay! One sparkle at a time!” she said.

And that’s how Gabby learned: when the world feels too full, slow down and choose one thing to focus on.
